Sponsor Product Highlight: Scientific Anglers Sonar Leaders

A great new product of late from Swing the Fly Sponsor Scientific Anglers is their SONAR Leaders. A

tapered "Poly" leader available in tapered 10' lengths and sink rates of: Floating, Hover, Intermediate, Type 3, and Type 6. The leaders weigh 50 grains each.

A couple of quick days on the water and I was impressed with a couple things:

1. They cast great, with the strong turnover of a poly leader.

2. The coating seems very well adhered to the core. I believe these will be some of -if not the most durable sinking leaders on the market. More time needed to confirm this but I expect great things.

3. They seem very low stretch for a poly leader which should also add to durability.

4, They even have the SA line id system imprinted onto the leader so you always know which sink rate you have...Super awesome!
